WHEN THE SON IS LIFTED UP, LIBERATION BREAKS FORTH

Key Verses:

31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.

32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

—John 12:31-32

Our LORD JESUS CHRIST came to the earth to do so many things—bring healing, deliverance, etc., but the greatest of all was to die on the Cross.

Because of the rebellion of humanity, there was a gap between man and GOD. The LORD had to die on the Cross to bridge the gap (in order for us to be saved) Isaiah 53:6; Eph. 2:11ff.

CHRIST died on this kind of Cross ➕(vertical and horizontal) so that HE will draw all men (from north, south, east and west) unto HIMSELF.

Our Saviour was humiliated so we can be saved. HE took our ashes to restore beauty unto us. HIS declaration of Tetelestai—(meaning, It Is finished!) signifies HE had finished with the work of our salvation.

The devil who deceived man to sin was rendered powerless when even a drop of HIS Blood touched the ground.

There was also a partition in the old Temple and it was only the High Priest who had the opportunity of entering the Holy of Holies once a year. Nonetheless, he also had to cleanse himself first.

However, when our LORD shouted and willingly gave up the ghost, it was rent from top to bottom giving also,—undeserving as we are—access to the Presence of GOD.

Also, the earth quaked when The Precious Blood fell onto the ground. And tombs opened and the resurrected saints were liberated from the power of death. (Matt 27:50-53)

Furthermore, through the death of our LORD JESUS, many sick people have received their healing. (Isaiah 53:5)

Dear one, Salvation is not only about accepting CHRIST and going to Heaven, but there are other “things” as Matthew 6:33 promises, which shall be given unto us by HIS Grace.

And some of these include healing—be it spiritual or physical(Ps. 103:3b). There is no sickness or ailment nor condition our LORD cannot heal!

Our LORD JESUS CHRIST is ever present wherever you are along with HIS holy Angels to heal and deliver all. Just as the SON was lifted up in Acts 3.1-6, and the lame man got healed, may GOD do same in your life as well in our LORD JESUS CHRIST’S Mighty Name!

Finally, the Uplifted SON gives total Liberation (Acts 16:16-25). Just as Paul and Silas lifted up worship though imprisoned, the prison doors opened and their stocks were loosed.

Ancient doors will be broken and there shall be opened doors in JESUS CHRIST our LORD’S Name! (Ps 24:7-10; Isaiah 45:1ff)
